Administer the design and development process from inception to completion. This includes receiving and communicating briefs from various business units, producing sketch concepts, working concepts, presentations, design details, and detailed drawings. Ensure designs comply with local codes and regulatory requirements as stipulated by local authorities. Monitor design consultants, contractors, and external consultants in producing schematic and concept designs according to the design brief, and follow up with site visits and project (design) management as needed. Review design drawings, technical specifications, and material samples before and after installation. Additionally, lead and monitor design consultants and contractors by aiding, supporting, and developing the design and construction work.
